We hope you love your Shiningirl purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we have options to get you in the perfect dress. Finding your look is a journey, and with over 12,000 styles, we’re here to make sure you get it exactly right. 

Please Note: To maintain our quality standards and keep our collection pristine, we do not issue refunds. All eligible returns are processed for Store Credit or Easy Direct Exchange.

In traditional retail stores, a single dress may be tried on by dozens of customers before it’s ever purchased. At Shiningirl, we take a different approach. We’re committed to protecting the integrity and condition of every gown through a careful, multi-step quality process.

Why Store Credit? Our policy is designed to help preserve the quality of the dresses we ship. By reducing excessive try-ons and handling, we help ensure that when you find “the one”, it arrives in beautiful condition — ready for your moment. 

Rigorous Inspection: Every returned dress undergoes a detailed, multi-point inspection. We carefully review seams, zippers, embellishments, and overall condition to maintain our high standards and keep our inventory in exceptional shape.

Dream Dress Credit: If you choose store credit, your balance never expires. That means you have the flexibility to shop our entire collection whenever you’re ready to find your next look. 

Easy Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? No worries, we’ve made exchanges simple.

Direct Exchanges: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’d be happy to help you exchange it for a different size, color, or style. Simply email us at service@shiningirl.com to request an exchange authorization.

How it works: Your original dress value is applied directly to the new choice. If your new item costs less, you'll receive the remaining balance as store credit.

Policy Guidelines

No Refunds: We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. All returns are issued as Store Credit via an e-gift card. 

Arrival Notice: If you receive an incorrect item or something that isn’t in perfect condition, please contact us at service@shiningirl.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you. 

10-Day Window: A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested and your package shipped back within 10 days of delivery. Returns sent without an RA or outside this timeframe will not be accepted. 

Pristine Condition: Items must be unworn with original tags attached. They must be free of makeup, odors, pet hair, or alterations to pass our quality inspection. 

Final Sale: Accessories (jewelry, handbags, etc.) and items marked "Final Sale" are yours to keep. Due to the heavy discounts on these items, they are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Refused Packages: Any package that is refused or undeliverable for any reason does not constitute a valid return. Customers are responsible for all fees related to having the package re-shipped. 

Note:Before returning an item, customers must email service@shiningirl.com to request a Return Authorization. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
