1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging


2. How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.The return shipping fee would be the customer’s responsibility.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  1. Sale items
  2. Gift cards

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
