A Letter from the Founder of Shiningirl to Our Customers

I would like to share some heartfelt words with you so that you can better understand who we are.

First of all, we are a legitimate and registered company. We are not a scam or fraudulent website. As a Christian, I give you my sincere assurance: if you place an order with us, you will receive your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. We are committed to serving you with honesty and dedication.

Yes, I am a Christian. I grew up attending home church with my mother, and during my university years, I participated in student fellowship groups. Jesus Christ is the source of love and teaches us to love others as ourselves. It is with this belief and original intention that I strive to serve every customer on our website.

We are a small company and a startup team. In the early stages of our journey, our service may not be perfect in every detail. However, as our team grows and matures, we will continue to improve every aspect — our product quality, service efficiency, and shipping speed will all steadily get better.

Our team comes from a very well-known bridal and eveningwear company. We have received investment and possess strong factory and supply chain resources. We are able to custom-make a wide range of wedding dresses and formal gowns, which gives us great confidence in building Shiningirl into a true brand.

At present, our website and social media platforms are still in their early stages, so there is not much information about us online yet. This is exactly why I am writing this letter — I want you to feel confident and at ease when choosing us.

I would also like to share a little about my personal journey as the founder. I have failed twice in previous business ventures. This is my third attempt at entrepreneurship. Due to lack of experience, betrayal by employees, and other challenges, those projects ended in failure. At one point, I was heavily in debt and relied on credit cards to survive.

I even tried to support myself by writing science fiction novels, imagining the future of humanity — robots filling the streets, the rise of artificial intelligence, humans landing on Mars, and the social changes, ethical dilemmas, and wars that might follow. However, struggling to afford daily meals made it impossible to fully focus on writing. After completing 200,000 words (my original plan was a trilogy totaling one million words), I decided to return to work first to support myself before pursuing my dream of becoming a science fiction writer.

Fortunately, I found a job at a bridal and eveningwear company and worked there for several years. Thanks to strong performance, I was promoted to a director position. During this time, I met a group of like-minded, experienced, and capable partners. I also accumulated valuable industry resources, and when the time was right, our team decided to start our own business together.

Our team shares a dream — to build an international brand. Our website and brand are both called Shiningirl. We aim to create a brand centered around sparkling elements. In the future, we will introduce more sequin-inspired dresses, bags, shoes, and accessories. We want people to think of Shiningirl whenever they think of something that shines. We hope every woman can live confidently and beautifully, glowing in her own way. Every woman deserves to shine on her own stage.

At this early stage of our business, our priority is to survive and build a solid foundation — perfecting our core styles, optimizing our supply chain, and delivering exceptional service. From there, we will steadily move toward our bigger vision. In the next three to five years, a shining brand will step into the spotlight, and we hope you will witness our growth along the way.

Finally, I want to say that failure is not a stain on life. I will continue to work hard, like Elon Musk, striving to create meaningful change in the physical world — and in doing so, influence and reshape the future.
