1. Order Processing & Production Time

Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 1 business days.
For custom-made items, the estimated production time is 5 days before the order is shipped.
Your total delivery time = order processing time + production time + shipping time.

In most cases, you will receive your order within 14 days.
For items that are already in stock, delivery is usually completed within 7 days.

We offer two shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping (5–12 days)
2. Expedited Shipping (3–6 days)

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
For orders under $150, a $8.9 shipping fee will apply.
Expedited shipping requires an additional fee.

All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order.

This means that title and risk of loss pass to you once we deliver the items to the shipping carrier.
