1. Order Processing & Production Time
Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 1 business days.
For custom-made items, the estimated production time is 14 days before the order is shipped.
Your total delivery time = order processing time + production time + shipping time.
In most cases, you will receive your order within 20 days.
For items that are already in stock, delivery is usually completed within 7 days.
2. Shipping Methods & Fees
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–12 days)
- Expedited Shipping (3–6 days)
Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
For orders under $150, a $8.9 shipping fee will apply.
Expedited shipping requires an additional fee.
All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package online.
You will also receive email updates regarding your order status and estimated delivery date.(Track Your Order)
4. Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately.(service@shiningirl.com)
We will work with our shipping carrier to resolve the problem and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We are not responsible for any customs duties or other charges incurred due to delivery failure caused by the customer.
6. Title and Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that title and risk of loss pass to you once we deliver the items to the shipping carrier.
